European Quantum Technolo­gies Confer­ence 2025

As an official event of the Danish EU Council Presi­dency, EQTC 2025 convenes Europe’s quantum commu­nity in Copen­hagen at a pivotal moment for science, technol­ogy, and policy, positioned between the adoption of the EU Quantum Strat­egy and the forth­com­ing EU Quantum Act. Taking place in the vibrant and innov­a­tive city of Copen­hagen, and during the UN’s Inter­na­tional Year of Quantum Science and Technol­ogy, the confer­ence is designed to foster collab­o­ra­tion across research, indus­try, and govern­ment. With a rich programme of scien­tific sessions, indus­try showcases, policy dialogues, and hands-on demon­stra­tions, EQTC offers a unique platform to exchange knowl­edge, build partner­ships, and accel­er­ate innova­tion. Partic­i­pants will gain insights into the latest break­throughs, explore emerg­ing appli­ca­tions, and connect with key stake­hold­ers shaping Europe’s quantum future. Whether you work in acade­mia, business, or policy, EQTC 2025 provides the space to engage, influ­ence, and help define the next phase of quantum technolo­gies in Europe.

A platform for excel­lence and exchange

EQTC 2025 has three overar­ch­ing goals:

• The confer­ence seeks to deepen the connec­tions within Europe’s quantum ecosys­tem by foster­ing collab­o­ra­tion among researchers, indus­try, and policy-makers.

• It will serve as a global showcase of Europe’s acade­mic excel­lence in quantum sciences as well as cutting-edge advance­ments in quantum technolo­gies by present­ing Europe’s progress to a global audience.

• It will bridge the gap between research, indus­try, and policy by integrat­ing activ­i­ties that encour­age cross-sector collaboration.
