At QuantumBW<\/sup>, we look back with great enthu\u00adsi\u00adasm on Quantum Effects 2025, the inter\u00adna\u00adtional trade fair for quantum technolo\u00adgies, which took place in Stuttgart from October 7 to 8. QuantumBW was there with a large joint booth and numer\u00adous network partners\u2014an impres\u00adsive milestone for the promo\u00adtion of quantum technolo\u00adgies in Baden-W\u00fcrttemberg, which once again demon\u00adstrated what THE L\u00c4ND, Germany, has to offer in the world of quantum.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The large, yellow QuantumBW<\/sup> joint stand formed the heart of the trade fair, symbol\u00adi\u00adcally reflect\u00ading QuantumBW<\/sup>\u2019s central role in the quantum technol\u00adogy ecosys\u00adtem in Baden-W\u00fcrttemberg and beyond. As a living center, the booth offered a wide range of quantum technolo\u00adgies and appli\u00adca\u00adtion examples with a focus on the follow\u00ading indus\u00adtries: biomed\u00adi\u00adcine, materi\u00adals science, AI, mobil\u00adity, and space travel. The exhibit\u00ading research partners from the QuantumBW<\/sup> network impres\u00adsively demon\u00adstrated the state\u2019s innov\u00ada\u00adtive strength. Partic\u00adi\u00adpants included the German Aerospace Center (DLR), the Fraunhofer Insti\u00adtutes IAF, IAO, IPA, IWM, and IPM, IQST, QSens, Hahn-Schickard, Thales, Photon\u00adicsBW, Bw_i, The Quantum Future, and The Aerospace L\u00e4nd.<\/span><\/p>\n

In addition to the excit\u00ading appli\u00adca\u00adtion demon\u00adstra\u00adtors at the exhibi\u00adtion stands, there was also a wide range of special\u00adist presen\u00adta\u00adtions and discus\u00adsions, includ\u00ading panels on topics such as indus\u00adtri\u00adal\u00adiza\u00adtion, defense, the high-tech agenda, and quantum networks. The many exchange platforms and formats attracted a large number of visitors and offered excit\u00ading insights into the future of quantum technologies.<\/span><\/p>\n

Among the highlights of the fair were the opening ceremony with Baden-W\u00fcrttemberg\u2019s Minis\u00adter of Economic Affairs, Dr. Nicole Hoffmeister-Kraut, and the ceremo\u00adnial signing of a Memoran\u00addum of Under\u00adstand\u00ading (MoU) between GENCI (Maisons du quantique) and QuantumBW<\/sup>. The aim of this agree\u00adment is to strengthen knowl\u00adedge exchange and cooper\u00ada\u00adtion between the French and Baden-W\u00fcrttemberg quantum technol\u00adogy ecosystems.<\/span><\/p>\n

After a trade fair like this, it becomes clear once again that we are on the path to a success\u00adful and excit\u00ading future with practi\u00adcal appli\u00adca\u00adtions of quantum technolo\u00adgies. We are already looking forward to Quantum Effects 2026!<\/span><\/p>\n
