It promotes doctoral projects with techno\u00adlog\u00adi\u00adcal poten\u00adtial, but which are still at a stage of research.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\"><span class=\"font-size-m\">The Gradu\u00adate School extends across Baden-W\u00fcrttemberg to build a network of excel\u00adlent young talent in quantum science and technol\u00adogy \u2014 prepar\u00ading as follows:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"font-weight-l font-size-s\">1 PhD project = 1 acade\u00admic partner + 1 indus\u00adtry partner + 1 PhD student<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"font-size-s\">The follow\u00ading require\u00adments must be observed:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"font-size-s\">The acade\u00admic partner is the super\u00advi\u00adsor, a profes\u00adsor at a univer\u00adsity in Baden-W\u00fcrttemberg (BW), and IQST fellow.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"font-size-s\">The indus\u00adtry partner, working at a company in BW, takes the role of a mentor for the PhD candi\u00addate, maintains a regular dialogue, intro\u00adduces the company aspects to the project and opens up company-side support.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"font-size-s\">The PhD student is employed by a univer\u00adsity or research insti\u00adtute in&nbsp;BW.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"font-size-s\">A 3 months intern\u00adship at company is oblig\u00ada\u00adtory \u2013 more is welcome.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span class=\"font-size-s\">We are looking for:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"font-size-s\">A research topic of acade\u00admic inter\u00adest with high techno\u00adlog\u00adi\u00adcal potential<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"font-size-s\">project jointly designed and imple\u00admented by all partners<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"font-size-s\">commit\u00adment on both sides over entire project and on publi\u00adca\u00adtion of scien\u00adtific results regard\u00ading to terms of the
